InterContinental Bellevue, Avenue Bellevue

The Brief

Launch the InterContinental Bellevue to press, clients, and influencers before the hotel's official opening, while cross-promoting incoming retail partners at Avenue Bellevue.

Execution

Managed a $30K, 150-person activation across multiple simultaneous experiential stations within an active pre-construction property. Coordinated all vendor relationships, partnered with the Director of Sales and Marketing on budget management, and collaborated with brand partners including Moet & Chandon, Rolls Royce, and Jo Malone London on the placement of activations. Oversaw venue access and event timeline end to end.

The Result

Delivered on time and on budget. 150 press, clients, and influencers attended, generating 24.4K views on event content across the hotel's social channels.

InterContinental Bellevue, Avenue Bellevue

The Brief

Execute the official grand opening of the InterContinental Bellevue, a high-visibility ceremony attended by civic leadership, IHG executives, press, clients, and influencers.

Execution

Coordinated a $50K, 200-person grand opening from conception through delivery. Managed the event budget and timeline with the Director of Sales and Marketing, coordinated vendor relationships, and worked with brand partners including Jo Malone London and Bentley Seattle on experiential activations. Oversaw logistics for the ribbon cutting ceremony attended by the Mayor of Bellevue and IHG executives, and managed press coordination and on-site content capture.

The Result

Delivered on time and on budget, generating press coverage across a 200-person event attended by civic officials, IHG leadership, clients, and influencers.

Lake Washington, Bellevue

The Brief

Launch the hotel's yacht package, a private day on Lake Washington with an optional romantic bundle including champagne, florals, and a private chef dinner. Deliverables included homepage hero video and Instagram Reels.

Execution

Managed a $35K shoot on a one-month timeline. Developed the schedule and budget, coordinated talent, crew, and vendors, and oversaw all on-location logistics on Lake Washington. When the stylist cancelled three days before shoot day, sourced a replacement and kept the project on schedule without escalating to senior leadership.

The Result

All deliverables completed on deadline and on budget, launching as the homepage hero and social campaign for the package.

Build anticipation ahead of the hotel's official opening by showcasing the guest rooms and amenities, giving audiences a first look at the experience.

Execution

Managed a $10K shoot on a tight pre-opening timeline. Developed the schedule and budget, handled talent casting, coordinated crew and vendors, and oversaw all staging and styling with significant autonomy given the lean budget and fast turnaround.

The Result

Content delivered on deadline, contributing to an Instagram presence built from 0 to 3,000+ followers through launch.

The Brief

Deliver the official property photography for the InterContinental Bellevue's global launch across all guest rooms, event spaces, and amenities, for use across the hotel website, booking engines, press, and marketing collateral.

Execution

Coordinated a $150K shoot with commercial photographer James Baigrie across multiple days and locations throughout the property. Managed the shoot budget with the Director of Sales and Marketing, coordinated venue access, scheduling, staging, and vendor logistics end to end.

The Result

Complete property image library delivered on deadline, distributed globally across IHG's website, booking platforms, and press channels at launch.
